Infosys, a global leader in next-gen digital services and consulting, has revealed a strategic, long-term collaboration with TK Elevator, a prominent urban mobility company. This partnership involves the consolidation, harmonization, and modernization of TK Elevator's digital infrastructure. The objective is ongoing innovation and transformation of the company's application and IT environment, employing an AI-first approach facilitated by Infosys Topaz. This comprises a suite of AI-driven services, solutions, and platforms, harnessing generative AI technologies.
The collaboration involves the joint effort of both companies to migrate the operations of all TK Elevator's business applications in North America and key European markets to Infosys. This transition facilitates integrated applications management, unifying infrastructure operations for an end-to-end, business process-centric operational approach. The outcome is a streamlined and agile digital landscape.
This collaboration encompasses several key deliverables, including:
- Application Management: Leveraging its cloud-enabled Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP) within Infosys Cobalt, Infosys will provide NextGen Application Management Services. The focus is on delivering a user-centric, business outcome-driven solution.
- Underlying Infrastructure: Infosys will take charge of the Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) transformation and operations. This extends to existing responsibilities covering Service Desk, Data Center, Cloud, LAN, and Workplace.
- Future-Ready IT Model: Infosys aims to establish an integrated application and underlying infrastructure operating model. This includes Service Integration and Management (SIAM), contributing to a future-ready IT framework.
