The Indian Navy is inviting applications from unmarried men & women candidates for the grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Information Technology (Executive Branch) of the Indian Navy under the Special Naval Orientation Course commencing January 2024 onwards at the Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala. What is the selection process for Indian Navy SSC IT recruitment?
The selection procedure for the recruitment of an SSC in IT involves several steps designed to identify the best candidates. The selection procedure completes in the following steps
- Shortlisting
- SSB Interview
- Medical Examination
- Merit List
Initially, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their normalized marks obtained by candidates in their qualifying degrees. Shortlisted candidates will be called for SSB interviews where candidates' aptitude, personality, and potential will be assessed.
