Indiainfo.com, India Abroad to merge

Portal network Indiainfo.com will merge with India Abroad Publications- an Indian newspaper in North America. This merger will be concurrent to Indiainfo.com’s IPO

The merger agreement was signed by RJ Konan, Chairman, Indiainfo.com and Goal Raja, Founder and Chairman, India Abroad Group. With this Indiainfo.com will gain access to India Abroad’s repository of news and events As well as content generated by its Delhi-based business affiliate, Indian Abroad News Service.

Konan. As per the agreement Indianinfo.com will seek to leverage India. Abroad’s brand equity in the overseas market by branding its international edition as indiaabroad.com.
