"The objective of the summit is to bring more stability and safety in the global cyber space by addressing the critical security areas to a larger number of people," insisted John Mroz, CEO, EWI in his welcome note.

He also added that the theme of this year's summit clearly justified as India is a country with enormous population of net and cyber enthusiasts and developers.

The summit aims to address critical aspects with round of discussions over its two day agenda like India's outlook towards global Cybersecurity practices, protecting critical international infrastructure w.r.t undersea cable communications, preparedness for extreme events, harmonization of legal frameworks for cyberspace, stopping cyber pollution and many more.

The summit also updated reports developed based on earlier consultations during and after two previous Worldwide Cybersecurity Summits-in Dallas and the second in London last year. The updated reports were released in the summit.
