IIT recruitment 2020 is currently underway at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) for the post of Executive Assistant vacancies on purely contractual basis. There are a total of 39 vacancies available for which candidates can apply online. Selected candidates will be eligible for a salary of Rs 80,000 to 90,000 per month with annual increments as per Institute norms.
Who can Apply for IIT Recruitment 2020?
The official notification says that candidates below 45 years of age with a Master's degree with 55% marks from a recognized university or BTech with minimum 2 years experience in project management or in academic administration can apply for the vacancies. Preference will be given to MBA Degree holder from a reputed institute, says the notification.
Selected candidates will be engaged initially for one year, which is extendable up to a maximum of five years based on annual performance to be evaluated by the concerned Head and IoE office. The candidate is also expected to have the following qualities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills (MS-Office, MS-Project, Outlook, Management of Website), data collection and data analysis.
- Organizational and priority management skills.
- Ready to work under pressure with flexible working hours.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
How to Apply for IIT Recruitment 2020?
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online from 30 June 2020 to 24 July 2020 up to 05:00 pm. The application received after expiry of the last date will not be entertained and IIT Delhi will not be responsible for any delay, says the notification. Candidates will be shortlisted through an online computer system, and shortlisted candidates will have to give a written test on data analysis and communication skills.
