IIT Recruitment 2020: IIT Madras Invites Applications for Two Vacancies, Salary up to Rs 1,00,000

IIT recruitment 2020 is being conducted at IIT Madras for temporary vacancies at its Robert Bosch Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (RBCDSAI), a premier data science research Centre. Selected candidates will be engaged for a temporary period, and will be coordinating with Prof Ravindran B from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Selected candidates will be eligible for a salary of up to Rs 1,00,000 based on their qualifications and experience.

Who can Apply for IIT Recruitment 2020 at IIT Madras?

As per the official website, there are two vacancies at IIT Madras at present. The details of the vacancies are as follows:

1. Project Officer (Semi-Technical) at RBCDSAI, IIT Madras: Candidates with a postgraduate degree or PhD can apply for the vacancy. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience. Some of the duties of the candidate selected for the post will be coordinate with Chief Operating Officer for conducting RBCDSAI meetings and associated activities, supervise undergraduate students working on the research project (maintaining records on assignment completion, acting as liaison/mediator between the undergraduate students and the faculty researcher, collaborate with RBCDSAI faculty, researchers and work on research topics, and so on. The selected candidate will be eligible for a salary of Rs 1,00,000 lakh.
2. Senior Manager Events at RBCDSAI, IIT Madras: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in education, business development, international development, business administration, communication or a related field can apply. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences may be an advantage. Candidates with 5 to 10 years of administrative experience, 2 -3 years of experience of working in an international higher educational organization or similar environment will be preferred. The selected candidate will be eligible for a salary of Rs 50,000 to 80,000.
