IIT Recruitment 2020: Applications Invited for Project Vacancies at IIT Delhi, Salary up to Rs 50,000

IIT recruitment 2020 is being conducted at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) for several project vacancies. There are junior research fellow, project assistant, project scientist and research associate vacancies for which interested candidates can apply. Selected candidates will be eligible for a salary of Rs 20,000 to 50,000 based on the post for which they are selected.

Who can Apply for IIT Recruitment 2020?

There are various notifications that have been posted on the IIT Delhi website, and the details of the posts are as follows:

1. There is one junior research fellow and junior project assistant vacancy for a project titled “Mobility Assistant for Visually Impaired” for which candidates with a post-graduate degree in science and BTech or MTech in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Science can apply.
2. There is one project assistant vacancy for which candidates with a graduate degree in a discipline allied to Cognitive Science can apply.
3. There is one project scientist vacancy for which candidates with a 1st class MSc degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Atmospheric, Oceanic, Climate Sciences or Meteorology with NET or GATE, or MTech candidates can apply.
4. There are two research associate vacancies for which candidates with PhD in management or MBA can apply,
5. There is one senior project scientist vacancy for which candidates with first class MTech. in civil, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering can apply.
6. There are two junior research fellow vacancies for which candidates with a first class BTech in electronics and communication and related areas with NET or GATE qualification can apply.
7. There is one project assistant vacancy for which candidates with a first class in MSc in Environment Management can apply.
8. There is one research associate vacancy for which candidates with a PhD, MTech or MS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of research in Design, Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Engineering, and design and development experience, with at least one research paper in Science Citation (SCI) Journal can apply.
