IIT Kharagpur Invites Applications from Graduates for 40 Junior Assistant Vacancies, Salary up to Rs 69,100

IIT Kharagpur has announced 40 new junior assistant vacancies for candidates who have completed their graduation degree

IIT Kharagpur has invited applications for 40 new junior assistant vacancies available at the institute. The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur is an Institute of Eminence, and is the first and the largest in the chain of IITs involved in teaching, research and development. Only Indian nationals can apply for the vacancies announced, and those selected will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 21,700 to 69,100.

Who Can Apply for IIT Kharagpur Recruitment?

The latest IIT Kharagpur recruitment notification says that there are 40 new vacancies for which candidates with a Bachelor’s degree of three years duration with knowledge of computer office applications like MS Word, MS Excel and so on can apply. Applicants also need to have computer typing skills of 35 words per minute. Applicants should be between 18 to 25 years of age. The degree obtained should be from a recognised institute or university.

Only meeting the eligibility criteria will not be enough for the candidate to be called for the written or trade test says the institute. The decision of the institute will be final, and no correspondence from the candidate will be entertained in connection with the selection process. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of the candidate, adds the institute in the notification

How to Apply for IIT Kharagpur Recruitment?

Interested and eligible candidates will have to submit online applications on the official IIT Kharagpur website before 16 March 2022. Candidates need not send any hard copies of the application. Also, there is a non-refundable online application fee of Rs 250 that needs to be paid. Those who wish to apply area advised to go through the official notification for further information.
