No wonder that the company has failed to secure a place even
among the top 5 this year, after its impressive #3 rank last year.
Dissatisfaction with salary and compensation is clearly evident, with a low 6.1
score. Only about a quarter of its respondents (26%) feel that they are being
paid at par with the industry standard. Not surprisingly, 25% of the employees
feel satisfied with their salary hikes. Similarly, a higher salary may prompt
62% of its employees to leave the organization. Overall satisfaction with the
appraisals is also low. The company ranks low on the parameter of overall
satisfaction.

The biggest concern for the company: its highly stressed out
workforce. In fact, among all the companies surveyed, it has the highest
percentage of employees (30%) reporting high stress at work. Similarly, a higher
percentage of its employees experienced sleeping and digestive system related
disorders.

Interestingly, it has found some takers as a 'dream company',
albeit a few, among the employees of other companies. And almost a half of its
employees (54%) have expressed satisfaction over the transparent policies and
procedures.
