An increased focus on exports led to the company's export revenues rising by 42% in 2003-04, while its domestic revenues dipped by 17% at the same time. This was mainly because some work from ICICI, especially on the bonds-related front, came down drastically. The exports thrust came from the adoption of Orion ERP suite and CRM across Singapore and the Middle East. Sales were made for the first time in the US as well as Greece and Finland during the fiscal year. BFSI-related products like Newton, Kastle, Pinnacle, Riskfree and Premia were added to the exports kitty.
Non-ICICI revenue doubled during the year
Entered Europe and the US through ERP and banking-related products
