Instead of cardless cash withdrawal they should bring the contact less cash withdrawal. By using app one can scan the machine qr code and enter cash required in mobile itself. By this, touching common screen or buttons can be avoided in this pandemic situation.

Operating the ATM buttons is simple. They are brilliant and safe. What IS a risk is the ATM room itself as many people using it, one doesn’t know who coughed, who sneezed inside an enclosed and poorly ventilated ATM room!!

I am not sure if this will increase any kind of safety, even now ATM money theft on knife is very much possible, this is even more frustrating process and increase the dependency on mobile network.

This could be just considered as the another way of withdrawing cash from ATM.

  7. Santhosh says:

It is having cumbersome process rather than using card to withdraw the cash from ATM.Wastage of time ,in my view using card is simplier than this card less withdrawal . Anything can be considered useful when it makes the process easy in comparision with the earlier method . Let the bank has to adopt some other easy way method to get the attention of customers.
