HPCL recruitment 2021 for engineers is being conducted for as many as 200 fresh vacancies at the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Engineers who have already completed their degrees, as well as those in the final year or semester of the qualifying course are also eligible to apply. Those selected will receive a salary in the E2 grade which amounts to Rs 50,000 to 1,60,000 per month.
Who can Apply for HPCL Recruitment 2021?
According to the official HPCL recruitment 2021 notification, engineers with a four-year full time regular engineering course from AICTE approved or UGC recognized University or Deemed University with a minimum of 60% marks for UR, OBCNC or EWS candidates and 50% for SC, ST or PwBD candidates, under the following engineering stream, can apply:

The age limit of candidates should not be over 25 years of age. The posting or assignment of selected candidates can be in any SBUs, division or department of the Corporation at any place in the country and the services thereafter will be transferable as per the requirement of the corporation.
Selection Criteria
Eligible candidates will be called for Computer Based Test, which will be of objective questions with no negative marking and will comprise of 2 parts namely general aptitude consisting of English language, quantitative aptitude test and intellectual potential test, and technical or professional knowledge comprising of questions related to qualifying degree, or educational background required for the applied position.
