The terms of engagement for all fixed term appointees shall be different from regular employees of HPCL Biofuels Limited. The latest HPCL Biofuels recruitment notification says that there are 255 vacancies available and the posts that the organisation is looking to fill are as follows: general manager, deputy general manager, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, senior manufacturing chemist, soil analyst, shift in charge, lab or shift chemist, environmental officer, medical officer, accounts officer, EDP officer, ETP in charge, mill fitter A, boiling house fitter, HT line man, DCS operator turbine, DCS operator boiler, boiler attendant, turbine operator field, electrician A, instrument mechanic, welder, fitter, rigger, pan incharge, boiler attendant, operator can clerk, and so on.

Applicants should have obtained all qualifications from a UGC recognized university, deemed university or approved autonomous institution. The cut-off date for determining age limit and post qualification experience will be 1 September 2021. Applicants are required to have post-qualification experience in the related fields. Applicants who are a minimum of 18 years, and a maximum of 57 years may apply for the posts.
