Skillsoft announced that Heide Abelli, senior vice president, product management, was named to The National Diversity Council’s 2019 list of Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology yesterday at the National Diversity and Leadership Conference in Dallas. Each year, The National Diversity Council recognizes female executives, influencers and achievers who are molding the future of technology with their insight and leadership while inspiring other women to do the same.

Abelli has been instrumental in leading Skillsoft’s efforts to completely transform its Leadership and Business learning content for today’s modern learners, leveraging the latest brain science research to align learning methods with the most effective learner engagement and retention practices. In 2018, she led the development and launch of the Skillsoft Leadership Development Program, empowering organizations to democratize leadership learning at all levels and develop competencies critical to leaders operating in the digital economy. Abelli’s expertise and leadership have resulted in the creation of multi-million-dollar revenue-generating products while setting the bar for modern, best-in-class corporate leadership development training.

Abelli was named to the 2019 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology alongside female executives from Amazon, Capital One, Lyft, Microsoft and PwC.
