HEC recruitment 2020 is currently underway for 169 Graduate and Technician Apprentice Trainee positions for National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) under Apprenticeship Act 1961. Selected trainees will be engaged for a period of one year, and will be paid a stipend of Rs 8000 for Technician Apprentice and Rs 9000 for Graduate Apprentice.
Who can Apply for HEC Recruitment 2020?
According to the official notification issued on the HEC website, out of the 169 apprentice trainee vacancies, 116 are Graduate Apprentice vacancies and 53 are Technician Apprentice vacancies. The details of the vacancies are as follows:

For the Graduate Apprentice vacancies, other than the 8 Secretarial Practice and Accounts /Office Management and Secretarial Practice vacancies, candidates are required to have a BE or BTech engineering degree in the streams mentioned above. Furthermore, for the Technician Apprentice vacancies, candidates are required to have a diploma in engineering the streams mentioned above.

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official HEC website before 25 April 2020 5 pm IST. While the earlier last date was 31 March 2020, it has now been extended due to the Coronavirus lockdown in the country. Candidates will be selected based on their marks obtained in the qualifying examination of Graduate / Technician (Diploma).
