Goibibo goes alive with Pay U’s consumer friendly features

PayU India, a leading online and mobile payments company, has tied up with Goibibo to go live with PayU’s 1 – Click Checkout and PCI DSS features. Goibibo thus becomes the first merchant to go live with these features, facilitating users with utmost convenience and simultaneously acting as a stimulus for the conversion rates.
“In India, the general perception around online payments is that it’s a horrifyingly-exasperatingly-lengthily-interrogational process, wherein the user is jogged from one window to other and in between he/she is expected to write a thesis on his/her card details. The conventional online payment procedure has at least 5 additional hops and that too on non-brand site. The consumer gets the maximum benefit of 1 click checkout during the next purchase on the same website. When the user proceeds to make the payments next time, his/her card details are pre filled on the payments page. All the customer needs to do is just enter the CVV and 3D secure password and the purchase is done!
