GlobalLogic expands digital product engineering operations in India

In effort to meet the increasing global demand, digital product engineering leader, GlobalLogic, launched its new India headquarters in Noida, in the presence of key customers, and ranking delegates, including, Florin Muller, Head Economy, Trade and Finance, Switzerland Embassy, in Noida (NCR).

Focusing on the acceleration and efficiency, the state-of-the-art facility will work with marquee brands across the globe. The focus is to create innovative and disruptive software products and digital experiences by integrating experience design, and deep software engineering capability with an agile delivery process.

Rohit Madhok, VP, Engineering and center head, GlobalLogic, said: “This engineering center represents the largest engineering center in the country, focusing on horizon 2 and horizon 3 businesses. All of the business solution regarding horizon 2 will be implemented in this center.

"The methodology is kept very simple that includes our designers listening to the client’s requirements, and then start prototyping the solution. Here, we are going to nurture emerging business and technologies in this center.“

Arya Barirani, CMO, GlobalLogic, added: “In this era, the ways of digital solutions are changing. The scale and skills are delivered with a rapid prototyping. We have an open collaborative space where our team designs physical prototyping solutions for our customers. Industry 4.0 is the core of our business.”

GlobalLogic focuses on key verticals, including industry solutions for medical, communications and media, retail, automotive, and high-tech. With its new headquarters, GlobalLogic will focus on attracting and upskilling talent, and creating more skilled jobs in the region.

The 2.2 lakh square-foot, 7-storey facility will house members of GlobalLogic’s engineering and design teams. It will serve as the new headquarters for company’s operations in India. The latest company office has a LEED Gold Green Building Certification for increased energy savings, water efficiency, reduced CO2 emissions, and improved indoor environmental quality.

To reduce environmental impact, sustainable materials have been used in the construction of office that can be recycled and will also provide a healthy working environment. With a new state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre, Design Studio & Maker Lab for employee innovation initiatives, and a multitude of collaboration spaces, the ultra-modern and dynamic facility will inspire employees to think creatively and help them to be productive in a more open work environment.
