“There are three things that truly differentiate the Genesys workplace - a culture driven by mutual trust that promotes meaningful contribution by the employees, an inherent environment that challenges the employees to grow and learn new skills leading to their professional growth, and a flexible workplace that allows employees more freedom to decide how work is integrated alongside their social lives. These collectively make the work culture unique and contribute greatly to making it a great place to work,” said Raja Lakshmipathy, managing director, Genesys India.

The Great Place to Work certification ranks among some of the most definitive ‘Employer-of-Choice’ initiatives globally, with nominees undergoing a rigorous work culture assessment process. For an organisation to get certified, 70% or more of its employee respondents should rate the organisation as a great workplace, and its people practices should be rated 2.5 or more on a 5-point scale by the Great Place to Work Institute.

“We are honoured to be certified as a Great Place to Work. This spectacular achievement is only possible because of our employees. I believe recognitions like these are testimony to the high level of trust our employees have in Genesys and the cohesive work culture we have instilled. The secret sauce to our success has been our employee first approach, collaborative effort of leadership, camaraderie and our best in breed HR practices,” said Divya Sathyan, Head – human resources, Genesys India.
