Gender inclusivity, still a key challenge

DQ-CMR Best employer survey or BES 2012 highlighted the key concern on gender inclusivity among top IT organization in India.

The results were contrary to what organization claimed in general on female to male ratio in this fiscal. The trend was almost similar in the last two fiscal year as well . In 2010 there was about 26% female as compared to 21% in 2011 and 22% in 2012.

This highlight the key concern of hiring women in key jobs in IT sector. Though certain companies claimed to have hired more women executives in their companies but overall trend showed a dip. Most HR executive claim that their organization are building strategy to empower gender inclusivity but the question still open
