FMS Places 269 Applicants, Salary Rs 34.1 Lakh Annually

The placement process for the class of 2021 to 2023 was completed by the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) with a 100% placement rate. There have been 269 student placements this year, with an average CTC of Rs 34.1 lakh annually.

What is the average CTC for the best 10% of candidates?

• According to information provided by FMS, the average CTC for the best 10% of candidates is Rs 68.16 lakhs per year, Rs 51.67 lakhs for the top 25% of candidates, and Rs 43.03 lakhs for the top 50% of candidates. The best 100 candidates' average CTC was Rs 46.1 lakh annually. According to the institute, there has been a 19% rise in the number of finance roles, and 97% of the offers received were for salaries of more than Rs 20 lakh per year.

• This year, there were 126 freshmen, 34 with experience of almost a year, 21 with experience of 13 to 18 months, 48 with experience of 19 to 24 months, 30 with experience of 25 to 36 months, and 10 with experience of more than 37 years. For candidates with more than 37 months of experience, the average CTC rose by 22%.

In addition, 109 pre-placement offers were offered, of which 108 were accepted.

• Out of a class of 273 students, 269 had registered for placements, but four students chose not to participate in the program or were on a placement break. FMS gives students who want to start their businesses this chance; if they decide to take advantage of it, they are also eligible to participate in a subsequent placement process for up to two years.

• This year, Airtel, Amazon, Asian Paints, Cipla, Colgate, Palmolive, Cummins, Dabur, Dr. Reddy's, HCCB, HUL, I.T.C., Mars, and other significant employers in the sales and marketing sector were among the top recruiters. Amazon, American Express, Appario Retail, Atlassian, EXL, Flipkart, Wipro, Zomato, and other top employers in the IT industry.
