Experion Technologies has announced its intent to hire 1500 IT professionals. The company has announced its strategic plan to invest Rs 50 crore in the next 12 months for global expansion. The company aims to strengthen its presence in key markets such as Japan, Nordics, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Mainland Europe. This investment will be utilized to onboard technical and senior sales and domain practice leaders in these markets, thereby enhancing Experion's local presence and expertise.
Experion is set to commence operations in Japan in June, bringing advanced technology capabilities and product engineering process competence to the Asian nation. The company also plans to invest in capacity building for engineering verticals, particularly Automotive and Embedded Systems. As part of its expansion plan, Experion will increase onsite hiring, focusing on recruiting local engineers for its US and ANZ offices.

Experion has allocated a portion of the investment to enhance its delivery capability in India. The company plans to onboard 1,500 IT professionals, including 600 fresh graduates, with a focus on Kerala, where Experion is headquartered. By doubling its overall headcount to 3,000 by 2025-26, Experion aims to cater to the increasing demand for product engineering from customers worldwide. The company recognizes the talent pool in South India, particularly in Kerala, which boasts renowned colleges and IT hubs like Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, and Infopark, Kochi. This strategy aligns with Experion's goal of leveraging highly skilled engineering talent and becoming a reliable IT hub beyond Bengaluru.
