Today, the tools that serve as business in the digital world are not without their own technology. With 1.93 billion daily active users, Facebook is the most popular social media platform, whereas Netflix has 209.18 million subscribers, and each of its users spends an average of 3.2 hours per day. Every day, Snapchat has 18 billion video views, and Twitter records 500 million tweets. It is on a massive scale, 320 billion emails sent every day, and Google interacting with 3.5 billion searches every day. For example, 100 billion messages are sent daily on WhatsApp, 46,875 hours of music are streamed every minute to Spotify’s 248 million active users. Moreover, Apple’s App Store receives 46 million downloads each day, and 95 million posts are made on various platforms. As data creation is increasing at a rapid pace, so is the responsibility to manage and secure this huge amount of information.

AI is transforming enterprise processes in India and hence GCCs in India play key roles in optimizing enterprise processes and getting automation. Instead, these centers are shifting from being traditional service functions to being AI development and research centers that would help invent the future.
