Axtria Inc., a global leader in award-winning cloud software and data analytics in the life sciences industry, keynoted and participated in multiple panel discussions at the recently-held Pharmaceutical Management Science Association’s (PMSA) 2024 Global Summit.

The two-day summit held in New Delhi on March 7 & 8, PMSA’s first-ever in India, was themed "Evolution of Data, Analytics, and AI." It brought together esteemed professionals, researchers, academics, and industry enthusiasts to explore the dynamic landscape of data science and its profound impact on healthcare.

Axtria took center stage at the Summit, shaping the discourse on critical industry topics. Jaswinder Chadha, President & CEO of Axtria, presented a keynote session titled "How to Scale Global Teams," offering invaluable insights into effectively managing and leveraging global talent. He also participated in a panel discussion on "Emerging Technologies and Their Impact on Pharma," sharing Axtria's vision on the transformative role of technology in pharmaceutical operations.

Other notable Axtria leaders who participated in the Summit included Shikha Singhal, Principal, Data Science CoE and Kaveri Pradeep, Senior Manager, Data Science CoE, who delivered a presentation on "Optimizing Model Lifecycle Through Scalable Framework."

Charlie Thompson, Principal, gave a presentation called “A Ph.D. and a Marketeer Walk into a Bar," which focused on selected practices from Customer Experience, combined with storyboarding and compelling data storytelling, to design and execute exceptional “client” meetings. Additionally, Manish Mittal, Head of Global Delivery at Axtria, provided insights into "Global Capability Centers: The Way Forward" as a moderator during a panel discussion.

Representatives from distinguished pharma and analytics companies like AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, Merck, Tiger Analytics, Genpact, Roche Pharma, Novartis, MSD, and ZS gathered at the Summit, highlighting their expertise in various critical roles within the industry.
