Technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics have become extremely popular and hence the demand for experts in the field is also rapidly increasing. Moreover, after a lean period, the economy and market are also opening, bringing a host of business growth and job opportunities. As a result, CHROs are focusing on diversifying hiring to secure a large and competitive talent pool.

While moonlighting is often considered wrong, “Ethical moonlighting” is a win-win concept in which individuals are able to monetize their skills in more than one place or role and in the most ethical manner within the data governing principles of such a practice. This helps in creating a positive position for all three parties involved: the individual, the primary employer, and the secondary employer that takes the additional services.

Aside from policy, another role that technology is playing is in the monetization of skills, which has become very easy with the advancement of technology. Considering these factors, Oracle has launched the Internal Talent Marketplace solution. It enables organizations to host a plethora of opportunities for their own internal talent.
