Emerson’s Test and Measurement business (formerly NI) hosted its annual conference, NI Days India 2025 at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru hotel for over 600 engineers and tech leaders.
The conference highlighted Emerson's latest test solutions for aerospace, semiconductor, transportation, wireless, 6G, life sciences and manufacturing along with the strategic pillars of automated testing and measurement: operational excellence, ecosystem growth and platform innovation.
Attendees gained insights into how test products and solutions help engineers create better products. Highlights included the NI NigelTM AI Advisor, which will launch later this month as part of the new NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand versions – at no additional cost.
Keynote speaker Ritu Favre, President of Emerson’s Test and Measurement business, emphasized the transition to intelligent test systems that combine modular hardware, advanced software and data analytics to reduce time-to-market and improve test coverage. Hands-on demo zones and customer showcases demonstrated real-world applications of NI’s software-connected platforms, including NI’s AI Nigel Advisor, reinforcing how local teams are solving complex test challenges in EV, wireless and semiconductor domains.
Emerson showcased the modernization of its hardware platforms, notably the CompactRIOTM and C Series I/O systems product lines, by incorporating unique ASICs for high-speed control capabilities.
The latest LabVIEW software advancements announced included a more flexible editor, simplified code comparison and early access to generative AI capabilities. The company will continue its commitment to enhance collaborative workflows and integrate AI to automate tasks and provide faster, more perceptive data analysis.
India is a strategic hub for Emerson’s Test and Measurement business, with an important role in global R&D, innovation and high-growth markets such as mobility and wireless communications. The event reinforced Emerson’s commitment to drive intelligent automation and future-ready test strategies.
