Aftab Ullah, Chief Operating and Delivery Officer, Brillio, said: “Progress of an economy and industries fall largely on the potential and innovative zeal of the engineering community.
As our world is moving rapidly towards a hyper-connected economy and greater digitization, the world is about to take on a big reset that will shape the new realities of the future. Remote health monitoring, cashless transactions, virtual human encounters, and travel are some remarkable examples pointing us towards a digital future.
This cultural change builds on rapid recent advances in hybrid cloud, high-speed 5G network, artificial intelligence (AI), hyper-intelligent automation, Industry 4.0 and data analytics.
Engineers are at the forefront of this digital boom and we applaud them on their resiliency and endless contribution. Brillio believes in providing these engineers the right training platform to upskill and reskill themselves with the changing industry and business requirements.
Our globally available learning platform Brillio Academy supports regular self-driven up-skilling opportunities that keep people one-step ahead of the next project and is a very big part of why we have been able to keep our workforce fully engaged through this crisis.
The Engineering School under our Academy aims to focus on up-skilling and deepening core technology and modern engineering skills in our practices and solution organizations. Since we are primarily an organization that is known and respected for its quality of Modern Engineering talent, the Brillio Academy Engineering School is the most important learning investment we have made.
Our CSR initiative Bringing Smiles recently collaborated with STEM Learning, to give adequate exposure to underserved students from rural India to early Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) learning, to nurture their imagination and inculcate the joy for innovation and entrepreneurship. we aim to build an ecosystem for the engineers of tomorrow. Together, we can dream of new potentials and possibilities to make the world a better place”
Gerd Hoefner Managing Director & President, Siemens Healthineers, said: “The pandemic has highlighted the potential of innovations in healthcare, especially MedTech. Digital technologies are increasingly transforming healthcare to make it more effective, efficient, and above all, more humane. And engineers are enabling this disruption.
On the occasion of Engineer’s day, I would like to applaud them for their lasting contributions. Siemens Healthineers is a pioneer in the use of AI to advance healthcare outcomes. As the use of machine learning and other AI technologies in healthcare continue to increase, we are investing in training to enable our engineers to apply their digital skills to solve real-world problems while shaping the future of healthcare.”
Priya Dhandapani, Director Software Engineer, Sabre GCC, added: “From engineering her home to building her dream career, Priya proudly talks about her journey to break stereotypes and marking a dent in her career.
She quotes “As more women take on prominent roles in the Industry, it helps to shape the environment of the workplace to be more welcoming to other female engineers. One way to set yourself apart in a competitive field is through constant learning and specializing in engineering.
A Master’s of Engineering degree will not only give you the specialized knowledge you need to succeed in the field, but also provide you with valuable skills that will equip you to take on a leadership role in an engineering organization. It signals employers that you have both knowledge and experience it takes to succeed in a senior role and your dedication to pursuing excellence in that field.”
