We have had the privilege to collaborate with both regional and global companies, making a significant impact on their businesses. One noteworthy customer I would like to mention is Ajmal Perfumes, a prominent perfumery with over 300 stores, employing around 2,500 people. Being a B2C-oriented business, their focus on customer experience is paramount. We have supported them in establishing robust customer-centric processes, ranging from in-store solutions to loyalty programs and targeted marketing campaigns, all integrated within the SAP CX and S/4HANA systems. As their journey of technological adoption continues, we remain steadfast in providing ongoing support for the past two years, ensuring their success in the ever-evolving landscape.

Another remarkable example is Mada Gypsum, a key player in the manufacturing and distribution sector, part of the esteemed Al-Raji Group in Saudi Arabia, with a significant presence in the Middle East. As a B2B company, they faced the challenge of gathering customer feedback without direct touchpoints. To address this, we crafted a strategic platform that incorporates surveys and other methods to capture invaluable customer insights, culminating in an end-to-end CX platform.

Our clientele extends to include other noteworthy names like Rashi Peripherals in India, Hira Industries, and Leader Healthcare, to name a few.
