The House introduced the Artificial Intelligence Literacy Act at the end of the previous year to encourage the development of AI skills in classrooms. It would increase funding for AI-related educational projects and elevate AI literacy to a critical component.

Bills about AI in education have not historically been a major worry, but schools will probably receive more advice on how to use the technology in the future.
