ECIL recruitment 2020 is currently underway for 17 vacancies for which online applications have been invited from engineers. The selected candidates will be posted across various Indian cities such as Durgapur, Cochin, Mundra, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Chandigarh. Candidates will be engaged on a contract basis for a period of one year, which is extendable based on project requirements and performance of the candidate. Those who are selected for the job will be eligible for a salary of Rs 23,000 per month.
Who can Apply for ECIL Recruitment 2020?
The official notification issued on the ECIL website says that there are a total of 17 vacancies available across the cities mentioned above and the qualification varies for each location. Candidates with a first-class degree from recognized universities or institutes from the following engineering streams can apply for the vacancies: Electronics and communication, computer science, electrical and electronics, electronics and telecommunication, and information technology.
Some vacancies require candidates to have certain pre-requisite experience in qt development environment, web administration, having knowledge in computer software development life cycle, 1-year post qualification experience in the field of maintenance of electronics, electrical equipment and computers, SCADA or data acquisition systems and so on.

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to apply online by on the official ECIL website by selecting ‘Careers’ followed by ‘e-Recruitment’ before 30 September 2020. After successfully applying online, the applicant is required to take the print out of the registered online application form with system generated application serial number. Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in BE or BTech and their post-degree experience.
