ECIL Invites Applications for 45 Vacancies, Salary up to Rs 20,984

ECIL has invited applications from eligible candidates for 45 Scientific Assistant-A and Junior Artisans that are available at Mysuru, Karnataka on a fixed tenure contract basis for a period of four years. Selected candidates will be engaged to work at sites or customer premises for the project requirements of the customer support division. Those selected for the Scientific Assistant-A vacancy will be paid Rs 20,984, and those selected for Junior Artisan vacancies will be paid Rs 19,064.

Who can Apply for ECIL Vacancies?

The ECIL notification says that there are a total of 45 vacancies out of which 6 are of Scientific Assistant-A, and 39 are of Junior Artisan. The qualifications required for the vacancies are as follows:

Scientific Assistant-A: First class BSc degree with chemistry from any recognized institute or university and should have passed HSC, 12^th or Intermediate with MPC or PCM background only. Also, candidates with a first class 3 years diploma course after SSC or 2 years diploma course after full-time HSC or 12th along with a first class vocational course of 2 years from a government-approved polytechnic institute in chemical discipline can also apply.

Junior Artisan: For electronics and communication, instrumentation, electrician, and fitter positions, candidates should have passed ITI of 2 years in the trades of electrical, electronics, power electronics, industrial electronics, instrumentation, process instrumentation, or mechanical (fitter or diesel mechanic). For the Chemical Plant Operator (CPO) vacancies, candidates minimum 60% marks in aggregate in HSC or 12th with physics, chemistry, and mathematics or minimum 60% marks in SSC with science or mathematics along with a trade certificate of not less than one year duration in chemical plant operation or should have passed ITI (AOCP-attendant operator chemical plant) or NCTVT in chemical plant operations.

How to Apply for ECIL Vacancies?

Eligible candidates may download the application form the ECIL website, and report at 10:00 am on 15 June 2021 at Atomic Energy Central School, RMP Yelwal Colony, Hunsur Road, Yelwal Post, Mysuru 571130 along with the filled application form and all the certificates. Applicants will be selected for the positions based on merit. No electronic gadgets or devices will be allowed throughout the Selection Process, which may take one to two days.
