DRDO recruitment will be conducted through walk-in-interviews for five junior research fellow vacancies available at the Centre for Fire, Explosive and Environment Safety (CFEES). The centre is involved in the development of technologies and products in the area of explosive, fire and environmental safety. The selected JRF candidates will be engaged for a period of two years, which is extendable. Those selected will also be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 31,000 plus house rent allowance.
Who Can Appear for the DRDO Recruitment Drive at CFEES?
As per the notification, there are five vacancies for which candidates with the following qualifications can visit for the walk-in-interview:
- There is one vacancy for candidates with a postgraduate degree in chemistry with specialisation in organic chemistry in first division with NET or GATE qualification. Walk-in-interview for this post will be conducted on 22 April 2021.
- There is one vacancy for candidates with a postgraduate degree in chemistry with specialisation in physical chemistry in first division with NET or GATE qualification. Walk-in-interview for this post will be conducted on 22 April 2021.
- There are three vacancies for candidates with postgraduate degree in environment science, microbiology or biotechnology in first division with NET or GATE qualification. Walk-in-interview for these posts will be conducted on 23 April 2021.
Applicants will have to bring a type written application along with attested copies of mark sheets, certificates, caste certificate, experience certificates, publications, and a recent passport size photograph affixed on the right top corner of the application and a crossed Indian Postal Order amounting to Rs10 drawn in favour of the Director, CFEES, Brig SK Mazumdar Marg, Delhi 110054.
