DRDO Recruitment 2021: Applications Invited for 48 Apprentice Vacancies at DGRE, Stipend up to Rs 9000

DRDO recruitment 2021 will soon be conducted at Defence Geoinformatics Research Establishment (DGRE) for 48 new apprentice vacancies. DGRE is a centre of the Defence Research and Development Organisation that provides cutting edge terrain intelligent solutions to the Armed Forces, and has been formed through the merger of two premier DRDO labs, which is Snow and Avalanche Study Establishment (SASE) Chandigarh and Defence Terrain Research Laboratory (DTRL) Delhi. Those who get selected for the apprentice vacancies will be engaged for a period of one year and will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 9000 for graduate apprentice vacancies, Rs 8000 for diploma apprentice vacancies, and Rs 7000 for ITI apprentice vacancies.

Who Can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2021?

The latest DRDO recruitment notification says that there are a total of 48 apprentice vacancies for which candidates with the qualifications mentioned can apply.

There are two Graduate Apprentice vacancies for which candidates with a BSc in the following streams from a recognised institute or university may apply:

There are 18 diploma technician apprentice vacancies for which candidates with a full time regular three years diploma in engineering from a recognized technical board or institute from the following streams may apply:

There are 28 technician vacancies, for which candidates who are ITI pass in the following streams can apply:

Those selected could be posted in Manali, Chandigarh, Srinagar, Auli or Sasoma.
