DRDO Recruitment 2020: Technicians can Apply Online for 116 Apprentice Vacancies, Salary up to Rs 8050

DRDO recruitment 2020 will soon be conducted for 116 apprentice vacancies at the Defence Research and Development Organisation centre Combat Vehicles Research & Development Establishment (CVRDE), Chennai. Technicians with an ITI and registered on the NCVT MIS portal can apply online for the vacancies and selected apprentice trainees will be engaged for a period of one year. Selected candidates will also be eligible for a stipend of up to Rs 8050.

Who can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2020?

According to the official notification published on the employment newspaper, the following qualification is required to apply for the 116 ITI Apprentice Trainee vacancies:

Candidates should have passed out from the ITI duly recognized by NCVT as per Gazette Notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with minimum of two years duration except for the computer operator and programming assistant (COPA), painter, plumber, and welder, says the notification. For Apprentice Trainees, candidates who have passed in the year 2017, 2018, and 2019 are only eligible to apply.

How to Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2020?

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official RAC website within 21 days of the publishing of the notification. Registration of ITI candidates on NCVT MIS portal is mandatory, and the registration number is to be uploaded while filling the online application. Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or at present undergoing apprenticeship training under any organization are not eligible to apply.
