DRDO recruitment 2020 is being conducted at the newly started DRDO Young Scientist Laboratory in Chennai. DRDO Young Scientist Laboratories (DYSLs), which were launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this year, are located in five cities namely Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad. There are currently 4 junior research fellow (JRF) vacancies at DYSL Chennai. Selected candidates will be eligible for a salary of Rs 31,000.
Who can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2020?
According to the official notification issued on the DRDO website, there are four JRF vacancies available of which two are for candidates with a BE or BTech degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information science in first division from AICTE accredited institute or university along with CSIR UGC NET or GATE qualification or ME or MTech degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information science in first division from AICTE accredited institute or university.
The other two vacancies require the candidate to have BE or BTech degree in electrical, electronics, telecommunication or instrumentation engineering in first division from AICTE accredited institute or university along with CSIR UGC NET or GATE qualification or ME or MTech degree in electrical, electronics, telecommunication or instrumentation engineering in first division from AICTE accredited institute or university.
