DRDO recruitment 2020 will soon be conducted for 12 new research vacancies at the Defence Research and Development Organisation’s (DRDO) centre Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL). There are a total of 12 research vacancies, which consist of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) vacancies. Selected candidates will be engaged for a temporary period, and will be eligible for a salary of Rs 31,000 for JRF vacancies, and Rs 54,000 for RA vacancies.
Who can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2020?
The notification issued on the DRDO website says that there are currently 12 vacancies at SSPL, out of which 10 are for Junior Research Fellows and 2 are for Research Associates. SSPL’s research areas include the development of compounds semiconductors, MEMS, MMICs, laser diodes, IR sensors, Nano-technology, and so on The qualification required, and the details of the vacancies are as follows:

Also, for the research associate vacancies candidates with Research experience in the field of semiconductor materials and devices, fabrication and characterization will be preferred.
