DRDO Recruitment 2020: Check Details of 37 Vacancies Available in DRDO Centres at Present

DRDO recruitment 2020 is being conducted at various centres of the Defence Research and Development Organisation for both temporary research related vacancies as well as officer vacancies on a deputation basis. There are junior research fellow (JRF), research associate (RA) and senior administrative officer vacancies for which candidates can get paid from Rs 31,000 to 1,77,500 per month based on their qualifications and post for which they get selected.

Who Can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2020?

Currently, there are 37 vacancies available at DRDO centres for which candidates will be required to send online applications via email or by post. For some of the vacancies, DRDO will conduct video interviews as walk-in-interviews cannot be conducted due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The details of the vacancies available at present are as follows:

1. There is one JRF vacancy available at the Proof & Experimental Establishment (PXE) for BE or BTech in electronics and communication engineering in the first division along with a valid GATE score. Eligible candidates will have to send their applications to director@pxe.drdo.in before 10 September 2020. More details of the job can be found here. Salary paid will be Rs 31,000 per month.
2. There are 8 JRF vacancies and 2 RA vacancies for candidates with a BE or BTech in computer science or information technology, electronics, or electronics and communication, chemical engineering, material science, polymer science, industrial chemistry as well as MSc in Chemistry, Physics and so on. Interested candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format to Defence Laboratory or e-mail it to director@dl.drdo.in before 31 August 2020. 3. There are 3 JRF vacancies and 1 RA vacancy at the Integrated Test Range (ITR) for candidates with a BE or BTech in computer science engineering or information technology, electronics and communication engineering, electronics and telecommunication engineering, electronics and instrumentation engineering or applied electronics and instrumentation engineering, and PhD in computer science.
