DRDO recruitment 2019 is being conducted for Junior Research Fellow vacancies at the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, Odisha, which is a premier centre of the Defence Research and Development Organisation. Engineers who apply for the DRDO JRF vacancy online will then be selected based on a walk-in-interview. Selected JRF candidates will be engaged for a temporary period, and will be paid a stipend of Rs 31,000.
Who can Apply for the DRDO JRF Vacancy?
According to the official DRDO recruitment 2019 notification available on the DRDO website, candidates with a BE or BTech in first division along with a valid GATE score or ME or MTech with first division in both graduate and postgraduate levels in computer science and engineering or information technology can apply for one post.
Furthermore, there is another DRDO JRF vacancy for candidates with a BE or BTech in first division along with a valid GATE score or ME or MTech with first division in both graduate and postgraduate levels in electronics and communication engineering, electronics and telecommunication engineering, electronics and instrumentation engineering, or applied electronics and instrumentation engineering.
How to Apply for the DRDO JRF Vacancy?
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official RAC website and then appear for a walk-in-interview on 4 January 2020 at ITR. The online registrations begin on 20 November 2019 and will go on till 15 December 2019 5 pm IST. The age limit of the candidate must not exceed 28 years, but is relaxable for SC, ST and OBC candidates.
Candidates need to take care while filling the online applications and uploading of documents as only those who have applied online will be allowed for the walk-in-interview. A copy of the online application form needs to be brought on the day of the interview. The number of vacancies mentioned above may increase or decrease based on requirement.
