DRDO has invited applications from engineers with a diploma in engineering for a one-year apprenticeship training at the Defence Research and Development Organisation’s Centre Defence Electronics Applications Laboratory (DEAL). There are 24 apprentice trainee vacancies available and those selected will be engaged for a period of one year. Apprentice trainees will be eligible for a monthly stipend of Rs 8000.

Who Can Apply for DRDO Apprenticeship Available at DEAL?

The notification regarding the vacancies available in DEAL, DRDO has been published on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme portal. According to the official notification, there are a total of 24 apprentice vacancies available at the DRDO centre, and details regarding the same are as follows:

Only candidates who have obtained their degrees in 2018, 2019 and 2020 are eligible to apply for the apprenticeship training at DEAL. Those who have already undergone apprenticeship training or are currently undergoing training are not eligible to apply.

How to Apply for DRDO Apprenticeship Available at DEAL?

Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria will have to register themselves and apply on the official MHRDNATS portal before 26 February 2021. Candidates will be shortlisted and selected based on the marks attained in their qualifying examination. Scanned copies of all the mandatory documents will have to be uploaded on the portal. Candidates are required to bring a signed print-out along with originals of the documents submitted at the time of online application while they attend the interview at DEAL.
