DRDO, through its Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL) in Hyderabad, has invited applications from engineers for 10 ten junior research fellowships. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE scores and the percentage of marks obtained in the minimum qualifying degree. Junior research fellows are engaged initially for a period of two years, which is extendable for a further two years subject to the Internal Screening Committee recommendations. Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of RS 31,000 along with a house rent allowance.
Who can Apply for DRDO JRF Vacancy?
The DRDO notification says that candidates with the following qualifications can apply for the 10 junior research fellowships available at DRDL:

Only those candidates who have been awarded their degree or have a provisional certificate are eligible to apply for the vacancies, and original certificates, testimonial for proof of caste, age, educational qualifications and no objection certificate along with two passport size photographs will have to be produced at the time of interview.
How to Apply for DRDO JRF Vacancy?
Eligible candidates will have to send their duly completed applications as per enclosed format which can be downloaded from DRDO website to “The Director, Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL), Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex, Kanchanbagh PO, Hyderabad 500 058”. Candidates should write in bold letters ‘APPLICATION FOR JRF RECRUITMENT’ on TOP of the cover of the envelope. Applications will have to be sent before 14 June 2021. Candidates are advised to go through the official notification before submitting applications.
