DRDO Apprenticeship 2022: 17 New Vacancies Announced at DIPAS, Stipend Rs 8000

DRDO apprenticeship 2022 has been announced for 17 new positions for which fresh graduates may apply online

DRDO apprenticeship 2022 has been announced at the Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS). DIPAS is a premier Institute under aegis of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), which conducts physiological and biomedical research to improve human performance in extreme and wartime conditions. Those selected will be engaged for a period of one year, and will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 8000.

Who Can Apply for DRDO Apprenticeship 2022?

The latest DRDO apprenticeship notification says that there are 17 new vacancies for which candidates with the following qualifications: 

Only candidates who have passed out freshly - 2019 or later - can apply, and candidates who have passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2019 are not eligible. The notification also mentions that the selected candidates must execute a contract for a period of one year of training as per provision of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and rules framed there under.

“It shall not be obligatory on the part of the Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences, Delhi, where training is imparted, to offer any employment to any apprentice after completion of period of his/her apprenticeship training,” adds the notification.

How to Apply for DRDO Apprenticeship 2022?

Interested and eligible candidates will have to first register with BOAT’s web portal MHRDNATS and must be verified by the Regional Board. Applicants will then have to apply through establishment - DIPAS/Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences) user id NDLNOC000003 on the portal before 30 November 2022.
