The main highlight over FY13 being its exit from a JV with TUI InfoTec after eight years. In September 2012, Sonata Software sold its 50.1% shares back to Germany-based tourism and travel major TUI Travel PLC. Meanwhile, the company added two new verticals to its portfolio-retail and consumer packaged goods. It also invested in new technical capabilities like social, mobile, cloud, and big data.
