Capgemini Group has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2022 (January – December 2022), showcasing an exceptional performance with significant revenue growth of 21.1 percent compared to the previous year.

In FY2022, the company reported an annual revenue of €21,995 million, representing a substantial increase from the €18,160 million in revenue recorded in FY2021. This growth of 21.1 percent in revenue reaffirms Capgemini’s position as a frontrunner in the industry, further strengthening its global presence and strategic partnerships with companies worldwide. 

During the preceding fiscal year (January – December 2021), Capgemini Group also experienced robust revenue growth, with an increase of 14.6 percent compared to the fiscal year 2020. The FY2022 performance marks an even more significant leap in revenue growth, demonstrating the company’s unwavering commitment to driving business transformation and delivering innovative solutions to its clients. 

With the company’s continued emphasis on sustainability and commitment to reducing carbon emissions, Capgemini is also making a positive impact on environmental stewardship.

• In its pursuit of technological excellence, Capgemini has achieved notable milestones during the year 2022-2023: 

• Capgemini is setting up a 6G research lab in Gurugram, India, focusing on exploring the potential of next-generation wireless networks and energy-saving solutions.

• Energy Command Center (ECC): As a global-first initiative, the ECC harnesses data-driven approaches and digitalization to monitor and manage the company’s energy assets. 

• Capgemini in India has achieved a milestone by operating all its offices on 100 percent renewable energy. Additionally, the campuses in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai have exported 450MWh of surplus renewable energy back to the state electricity grid using the ‘net-metering program.’ 

• Capgemini’s collaboration with Ericsson to establish a 5G Lab in Mumbai showcases its dedication to speeding up the deployment of next-generation technology solutions.

As of March 31, 2023, Capgemini’s total global workforce stands at 360,000 employees, with India contributing significantly with over 185,000 employees.
