Synygy India has re-engineered its mentor program to distinguish between the mentor and the manager role. The most exciting change in the program was to give employees a chance to choose
their mentors.

On parameters like appraisal, company culture, people and gender inclusivity the company occupies the #1 position.
Synygy has a healthy male:female ratio of 3:1 wherein special care is taken during the recruitment process to ensure all teams across the organization have a fair representation from both genders. Currently almost 30% of the senior staff are females and are heading some of the important functions including HR, finance, etc.
