Going Digital – what does it mean to you and your organization?
We are striving to keep up with changing business environments. The tipping point I would say is the customer demands and changing technologies. This prompted our digital foray and our tryst with digital tools. We have formed strategies and planning for organizational changes.
Our organization is incorporating its systems in all of its communications. Now we have started streamlining of business processes through digital computer applications and hardware to achieve collaboration and interaction between our partners and customers.
What is your Digital Transformation plan?
Once customer, suppliers, and employees are digitalised, we can use analytical tools to analyse, mine, and report on the data to present the information. Now it helps our business to grow without the use of traditional way of doing business, which was a lengthy process.
