Going Digital – what does it mean to you and your organization?

Digital is not the thing but its the way of doing things it has another name – that’s digital disruption (which is for the good). Everything is becoming digital right from Talent till Business. It’s like Innovative new technologies and models which impact the value of existing products and services offered in the industry; Organizations may vary in intercepting or acting on definition of same but having a good understanding of what digital means is the must it allows the Organization to draw way forward path as to how the same can be used to capture the market and enhancing the customer experience.

If you are with it you grow else die down in stale manner biggest example of same is Kodak camera which failed in accommodating and was left aside at bottom due to digital disruption so in simple terms- it’s the future and very important for our business growth as well.

What is your Digital Transformation plan, strategy and the deliverables you expect or are already coming in?

We are also investing in Digital on the various line of business we run right from Fleet services company (Jetfleet); Travel house (Jetair Tours); customer excellence center( Jetair Shared Services ) which is a profit center we work for providing IT & BPO services to third parties.

For Fleet Services we provide fleets to tour various B2B customers and we have invested in paperless duty slips; right from creating duty; taking acknowledgement and invoicing to corporates on real-time basis also taking feedback and tracking the trip is also done on real-time basis; We are moving on improving and add more features in so that our customer has trouble-free travel thus creating the differentiator cannot reveal more on features.

At Jetair shared services we have helped various third party in their initiative to go digital right from real-time attendance, sales, the demo of the product till service ticket generation everything is done on an app-based program and real-time analytics for same is provided to clients.
