Our IT organization is a 24x7x365 active shop and comprises of 3 key verticals, viz. IT Infrastructure, IT Software & Application Development & IT Security. Our IT organization is entirely in-house and is completely self-sufficient. The IT Infra team is responsible for hardware, networking, licensing, IT support & helpdesk & procurement elements of IT.

HealthPass is a 24x7x365 mobility & web platform created by HealthAssure which helps multiple stakeholders including customers, employers, employees, insurance companies, medical centers etc. to purchase, schedule and track their medical appointments online on real time basis. I
Automated Technology Systems Integration:
Conceptualized, designed, implemented & executed market changing innovation ‘automated system integrations’ with large clients like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Future Generali, Reliance Health Insurance, Deloitte, Reserve Bank of India, LOReal, Policy Bazaar, Coverfox etc.
Real Time Dashboards:
Implemented real time dashboards with cutting edge analytics for various stakeholders including internal business communities as well as external clientele and partners. This helped all stakeholders tremendously by improving productivity, efficiency and above all deep insights in to data & information.
With advent of the new Digtial Era, data is now being accessed online more than ever before. This necessitates securing customer data and ensuring its privacy & confidentiality. Designed & implemented an overall data security program which we christened as ‘Black Box’ that included infra, application, web, perimeter, edge, data at rest, data in transit security.
With the purpose & objective of providing ‘Healthcare to All’, implemented and launched a unique & innovative program called Tele Health, which provides Healthcare access to remote users including people based in rural regions, over Video & Tele interfaces.
