TCS to Provide Software Solutions to ISE



Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India (ISE), a national level stock

exchange, providing trading, clearing, settlement, risk management and

surveillance support to its trading members has appointed TCS as the software

partner to provide software solutions for its soon to be launched trading

platform. The first phase would be the launch of live trading on ISE platform

scheduled to begin in October 2010 and the second phase would witness ISE

hosting a trading platform especially for SMEs. ISE will be the anchor customer

for the deployment of TCSs integrated exchange trading platform marketed

worldwide.

Infosys Helps Air Liquide



Infosys Technologies has helped Air Liquidea major player in the field of gases
for industry, health and the environmentin the successful completion of its

European process harmonization and SAP implementation program for ALBV, its

subsidiary in the Netherlands. The deployment was completed in seven months,

making it one of the fastest implementations at any Air Liquide subsidiary. Air

Liquide had taken eighteen months in many previous implementations.

Integreon Wins 583 mn Deal



Integreon, a provider of legal and knowledge process outsourcing services, has
signed a ten year agreement with CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, the UK member firm of

CMS, the leading European provider of legal and tax services.The deal includes

substantial portions of accounting and finance, human resources and training,

marketing and communications, learning and development, library and information

services, research, information technology, facilities and other services. The

total value of services addressed by this agreement is 583 mn, the legal

industrys largest outsourcing agreement ever.

Mahindra Satyam Gets Nissan Deal



Mahindra Satyam has reportedly won a $40 mn contract from Japanese automobile
major, Nissan Motor. The deal is for a period of three years until 2013, with an

additional extension period of two years. The deal involves outsourcing new

technology for application maintenance and operation services of Nissan.

Zensar Wins Rs 100 crore Deal



Zensar has won a five year deal worth Rs 100 crore from an insurance firm in
South Africa. For the project, they would recruit over 300 IT professionals over

the next three months from across the country.
