Cognizant CRM for Deutsche Telekom

Cognizant has planned to develop CRM and enterprise business intelligence
systems for Deutsche Telekom. The two companies would leverage thei CRM and data
warehousing and business intelligence strengths to plan, design and implement an
integrated customer database for Deutsche Telekom and a new portal for sales
partners.

Akamai for Travelguru

Akamai Technologies will provide solutions to Travelguru.com to accelerate
the site performance of its mission-critical travel website. Leveraging Akamais
Dynamic Site Accelerator services, Travelguru can enjoy improved performance,
scalability, and availability for the highest possible number of visitors
without weighing down its websites infrastructure.

Hyundai, KPIT in Deal

Hyundai Motor, Hyundai Autonet and KPIT Cummins have announced the
successful implementation of an AUTOSAR-based ECU. In this joint advanced
research project, the complete AUTOSAR stack has been implemented in a complex
electronic control unit (chassis) and successfully tested in a vehicle. The
companies had commenced on this co-development program about a year back.

Infosys Bags UBC Order

Infosys has bagged an order from the Union Bank of California, for its core
banking solution (CBS) Finacle, beating its rival Tata Consultancy Services.
Infosys and TCS were the only two shortlisted vendors for this project. Though,
there is no exact estimates on the value of this deal, it most likely could be
in the range of $10-15 mn.
