Altimetrik has announced a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software, a global technology services firm specialising in intelligent automation, analytics, and AI solutions. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025 and positions Altimetrik on an accelerated path toward its target of reaching $1 billion in annual revenue.
The acquisition will combine Altimetrik’s AI-first, platform-native engineering model with SLK’s full-stack technology services. Together, the firms aim to modernise enterprise platforms and enable faster digital transformation for clients across sectors.
The combined entity will employ over 10,000 professionals globally, offering clients comprehensive capabilities in cloud infrastructure, data, product engineering, and AI-native services. This includes support for digital modernisation efforts, platform security, and compliance across critical industries.
By bringing SLK into its fold, Altimetrik plans to strengthen its partner ecosystem that includes technology pioneers like OpenAI, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, and Databricks. The combined services stack will support clients looking to modernise legacy systems using AI and data-driven strategies.
The acquisition also reflects strong backing from TPG Capital Asia, an investor in Altimetrik, which views the merger as a step toward creating a scalable platform for enterprise innovation. The move aligns with TPG’s broader strategy of investing in digital-first organisations poised to lead the data and AI transformation journey.
The acquisition is expected to bolster Altimetrik’s proven incremental transformation model, which delivers rapid, outcome-oriented solutions. SLK’s focus on customer intimacy and agile execution complements this strategy, enabling the merged company to address complex enterprise challenges with greater precision.
Together, Altimetrik and SLK aim to simplify technology transformations while scaling innovation across industries such as finance, pharma, technology, and manufacturing.
