In a candid interaction with Dataquest, Nikhil Rathi, a System Administrator with vast experience in Unix, Windows NT, and Windows 2000 platforms, Networks and programming and , CEO, Web Werks India Pvt Ltd, shared his journey with Crayon Software.
Q. Tell us about your company.
A. We are a datacenter provider along with cloud and managed services. We are SAP certified datacenter with presence in Mumbai, Pune and Noida. We also have internet exchanges in our datacenter wherein we are the best connected building in South East Asia.
Q. How has your journey been with Crayon Software so far?
A. We have been with Crayon for about 13 years. We use Crayon primarily for our software licensing needs. The solution Crayon provides us in is optimizing the software licenses. Also, Crayon helps our customers to better understand software and solutions.
Q. Where is the maximum traction coming from different verticals for cloud services?
A. India is booming now and there is no vertical that is untouched. Government sector is one of the biggest areas for cloud services as it is growing too fast. Also, regular enterprises always exist because of the fastest need of data requirement.
Q. What are the different training programmes offered by Crayon Software to understand the latest technology?
A. Crayon Software does one-on-one training sessions with our sales and pre-sales teams and explains to them what needs to be presented to the customers. Sometimes they have a particular product that we don’t understand wherein they come and explain it to us or they get us an expert from the industry to explain how to position the product.

A. Crayon Software is a good partner to work with and we look forward to continuing this partnership.
